Had an interesting experience. I went there, it was pretty empty - upon finally being assisted by the gentleman, after being told the product I wanted was not available I was called out of my name (n-i-g-g-e-r) and told were always coming asking and expecting something. Never in my life have I ever been disrespected in this manner and quite honestly, I was quite shocked. Needless to say, I wont be spending my black dollars at this establishment.

I am highly disappointed in the customer service experience I received. The customer service was negative and dismissive from the start, and it honestly felt like my concerns were more of an inconvenience than something anyone actually wanted to address. As a customer, I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect basic courtesy and for the manager and staff to at least listen when there’s a honest issue. Extremely disappointing experience at Dr. Scofflaw’s at The Works. I walked in with my cousin looking for a specific drink. As soon as my cousin started speaking, the manager became hostile and immediately started talking over us instead of simply listening to what we were asking. Every time we tried to explain ourselves, the manager continued interrupting and talking over us, making it nearly impossible to have a normal conversation. I wish I was writing this review in good spirits but I am not!The staff at this location NEVER Anwser’s the phone . When you go in to speak to them they are utterly rude and dismissive despite my calm tone and respectful manner! They lack empathy and respects for customers is distasteful . I felt like my opinion not time was valued at all!. In town visiting came to this store with a friend. For a certain THC drink they normally have. My friend and I tried calling serval times before arriving we had no answer. Upon arrival at store notice they didn’t have the drink nor was busy so I ask for management seeing how I called several times and received no answer. So I was recommended a different drink.
