As a full time farrier, farmer, and new mom, I was struggling with severe back pain and poor posture. Mark is very knowledgeable and talented. I can’t recommend him more highly for treating lumbar back pain, bulging discs, sciatica, and poor spinal alignment /curvature. He’s also very knowledgeable on all things nutrition and health, so chatting with him during adjustments is always a joy.
