After not going to the dentist for almost 4 years out of fear and cost, I finally decided I really needed it to go see a dentist. I googled dentists near me and came up with this gem. As soon as I walked in, I expressed my fears and the staff at Streamwood Smiles was so incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to explain payment procedures and plans to me. This was my first visit and I was there for a cleaning. It’s always hard to pick a new dentist. How do you know they’ll be good? Well, I picked a winner. I had full X-rays and a cleaning with Jenny (who was super nice AND was very knowledgeable. She didn’t even scold me for not flossing 😎. Dr. Schneider was happy and funny and made me feel very comfortable. His wife, Lisa, works the front desk. The office is new and super clean. (Although they’ve been in business for 30 years!). Jenny, the dental hygienist, is great. She's is focused and meticulous, a great cleaning; I needed it! I feel comforted knowing that my teeth and health are being cared for; one less worry. I feel the waterpik cleaning is safer and more effective than the tradition tools. Dr. Schneider is an experienced dentist and a great guy; I really like him. I had my 6 month dental check-up today. The dental hygienist was right on time. The teeth cleaning was stress free. So nice! She did a great job. The office is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Streamwood Smiles.
