I called 2 times last week to schedule an appointment. Did as Donna asked, to leave info and have not heard back. Called my primary Dr's office and they will be referring me elsewhere. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Dr. Barakat was an absolute professional. Extremely knowledgeable, straight to the point. She clearly explains the treatment process and fully answers your questions. She took her time to really evaluate my current condition and immediately adjusted my medications accordingly. I don't recall the last time a doctor took so much time fully explaining what is right and wrong. I truly feel she has my best interest at heart. The receptionist was also super nice, informative with clear instructions. I highly recommend Dr. Barakat.
The worst dr and administration ever .the receptionist is the most unfriendly and rude unhelpful . They did not bother let us know our insurance is not accepted before we admit for the appointment . And when we claimed they said its not their duty to inform their customers .
I have been a patient of Sawsan N. Barakat for a few years. To be honest I thought she was a bit strict on my first visit, but I realized she had my best interest at heart. She is a no B.S. type of dorctor and she has been the only one manage to control my type 2 diabetes. I highly recommend her, but you must make an effort on your part to want to get well. No body likes change, but unless you aren't willing to embrace it, we can't achieve good things. Thanks Barakat!!
I’m surprised by the reviews, but thought my review can help ease someone else’s new referral to Dr. Barakat. We’ve been seeing Dr. Barakat for almost a year. I called and left 2 messages and Donna called back and said they saw bloodwork and would get us in immediately due to our circumstances. We areive 15 minutes early to all appointments and have little to no wait time. I don’t think we’ve ever waiting longer than a couple minutes past our appointment time. The doctor is very fast.
