I have been going to the doctor for a couple years I have to call multiple times every month to have my medicine refilled. It's a controlled medication so controlled medication you know you're not to stop it. So it has stopped from a few days to over a week until they call it in last month I called in multiple times for about a week and a half. Top health care.
I have been coming to Dr.Angra for 30+ yrs and have always received awful treatment from him and his staff. I have held my tongue thus far but it has significantly gotten worse lately. Not only will you be hushed and rushed by a dismissive doctor, but you’ll be met with rude and short ladies at the front desk. Extremely unpleasant experience at the reception. Filled out the paperwork a couple of days prior in order to ensure seamless check in on day of appointment. Arrive and I’m informed to call my insurance and change my provider. Oops sorry we did not tell you when you came in earlier , even though we still asked you to come over the phone. Very poorly serviced clinic. Did not get a chance to meet the Doctor so no comments on that. Even in the medical field customer care is important. Sad waste of a morning.
