Please stay from him. All he care is insurance money nothing else. There is no proper treatment /diagnosis done here.
After waiting for an hour after our appointment time we were called and the nurse checked his weight and height and she told us to wait in room 2. after about 20min the doc showed up ....while taking to us the nurse came in and told him the guy in room 1 is in a hurry then the doc without even apologizing to us he just left and asked the nurse to do flu test on my son. i was really angry but didn't say anything. as i just what to get my tamiflu and go home wishing never to see him again.
I Have seen many Pediatrics but this one is specially the worst. He tried to insert tongue depressor as if he was inserting a nail on a wall. He leaned on my son so much and i had to say no. He is always in a hurry. and the waiting time don't get me started. don't be fooled by the 5 star rating you see as he has a notice on the wall which says please rate and rewarded with 250$. I don't expect to get rewarded for a zero star I wish I could give so..... all I say is stay away.
this is the worst experience i ever had in US hospitals. they will over book the appointments intentionally to get more patients in a day . my appointment is at 2.30 and till 4 they did't called me and after that they will just check hight and weight and send you back to waiting place for another 30 min + waiting. FYI. this is the second time i notice the same. and coming to doctor he barley looked at my daughter and listing to us and his jumping between the rooms to cover one more patient.
I took my newborn for her first doc appointment 2 days after being discharged from the hospital and the wait time was too long. the girl in the front desk gave me paperwork to fill out without removing the previous patients paperwork... she also never returned my id and insurance card . the doc came didn't ask about the discharge paperwork shots or newborn screening. he checked her weigh and said she look good and told me to see him in a month.my baby got a better care at a diff place..
He is unprofessional and not very proficient to listening to the parent or child needs.

Its very difficult to please everyone, definition of professional may differ from person to person. Some people are very demanding and has very low threshold for being upset. If there is any concerns or opinion it should be addressed at the time of visit or opinions and feedback can be conveyed to us. We will try to implement changes. Posting a comment on website instead of notifying partied involved shows the moral character of the person. Our growth is proof of patient satisfaction.
New to Irving,TX. Even though we had an appt (New patient) we waited for 2.5 hours to get to the doc. The nurse checked the vitals and did a strep test around. After strep test, the doc came after 35-40 mins and said his strep is positive. The doc didn't even look at him or checked his heartbeat or nose/ears, just prescribed him an antibiotic. Never seen such an irresponsible doctor. It's been 3 days and my son is still having fever. We called the office but the doctor never returned the call.

The delays are due to patient's number problems, speed of paperwork without changing the PCP and informing us about their insurance. Delay is also due to not coming on time and walk-in to office without calling. This delays all subsequent patients. Nice people convey the feedback instead of putting negative comments on website. Making opinion without reasons is easiest thing to do, If everyone has patience for others and control over impulse and anger.This world will become nicer place to live
Dr.satish is very good and treated my child with care. But the wait time was too long. We were called 1 hour and 5 mins after our scheduled appt time and after going inside it took 15 to 20 mins to see the doctor. And it was not a physical. We took appt for my child's stomach pain.
