I love Dr. Satinder Kaur. She saved my life. She is a miracle worker. No other cared enough to attempt half of what she has done for me.
HORRIBLE patient service. I am the Director of Operations of two very busy Urgent Care facilities and well versed in the functionality of a medical office. After not receiving a call with lab results, I had to contact the office to find that the results were ABNORMAL. Went in for a follow up 5/17/2022 and again had to have labs drawn... today is 6/1/2022 and of course, no phone call with the results. I called the Southfield location (which is where we were scheduled) and was informed I had to call the Mack location to speak ... read more
Update to my previous review… as we reach the end of their work day (as well as the end of the week), I have yet to receive a call back regarding lab results from 5/17/2022 after yet another extremely rude staff member assured me “I need to give them time to call me back…. They have two full business days, not 48 hours as I was informed previously”. If you are looking for professionalism or basic patient/provider communication… I encourage you to find a different provider.
