As it became clear that I needed a lumbar fusion my wife and I searched around looking for the right Surgeon. After many opinions, including hospital of special surgery, which all were that I needed a double lumbar fusion,I chose Dr. Subbaiah. I chose him because of his Professionalism, extensive knowledge, honesty and his personality. Incredibly nice man who makes you feel extremely comfortable. Not only did we choose the best surgeon there is,but his office manager Nichole and his physician assistant Danielle are top notch. T... read more

Dr. Sabbiah is the real deal. He did great work on me, and I feel better than I have in a long time. I trust him completely and look forward to working with him for the rest of my life. His assistant, Danni, is amazing — straight-up one of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. The whole staff treats me like family. Excellent doctor, excellent team.

Did my first spine surgery…ok for 5 years. Went back to him and he said I “wasn’t a candidate for spine surgery “ Sent me to Pain management Dr who after 3 unsuccessful epidurals said he wanted to put some kind of electric device in my back to stop the pain signals. At this point I decided to get a second opinion. Went to HSS in Uniondale….Spine doctor there told me it Could be fixed….Had surgery at HSS in NYC and have been good ever since. That was over 10 years ago

A few years ago, the tips of the fingers on my left hand began to tingle and go numb, and my left arm grew weak. My balance was off, and people often asked why I "walked funny." What finally pushed me to see a doctor was when the vertigo became so bad that I couldn't drive. I met with Dr. Subbaiah on 1/31/25 and had a MRI the next day. It co... read more
