Five stars goes to Dr. Subbaiah and Danielle - but negative five stars goes to the staff. They are literally the WORST office staff I have ever dealt with. They are rude, heartless, impatient and incompetent. You would think that they are doing you a favor by even answering the phone let alone asking for a task to be completed because obviously the PATIENT can’t write reports or get approvals and such. I recently had a family member who had an unfortunate experience with this doctor in an ambulatory setting(of which i was present). His bedside manner was awful, and he acted very unprofessionally throughout the entire process. He lacked both empathy and compassion, making an already stressful situation even worse. Additionally, Dr. S needs to be more knowledgeable about disabilities and should not use those disabilities to make inappropriate decisions regarding someone else’s health or treatment. I came to Dr. Subbaiah as a second opinion. I had been suffering from lower back pain for close to 15 years. I has spinal stenosis, calcification, and exposed nerves. The surgeon performed L3-5 laminectomy 2 weeks ago tomorrow. Spectacular Doctor along with Danielle his PA. Thank you everyone for fixing me up, I look forward to living a normal life!!!!
Dr Subbaiah is such a genuine individual. From the moment I met him in his office he made me feel so comfortable. His characters was friendly kind n humble .
