They don't receive faxes that have been sent numerous times to the correct number, they don't accept emails, the whole staff takes lunch at the same time, they do not return phone calls, and the reception desk is rude. I don't know why anyone would work in healthcare if they do not want to help people. It's really too bad because the doctor himself seemed ok the one time I met him, but his staff has made it impossible for me to move forward with him.
