My appointment was scheduled for 2:30. I got triaged around 3:05. It is now 3:50 and I still haven’t been seen. I have been sitting in this room alone and still no sight of a Doctor. This is very unprofessional and a waste of time. I had someplace else to be and will now be late or miss it entirely. This is the Waldorf, Md location.
Super good doctor and good personal and the office
Our visit went very well . My only complaint is that the waiting room is hard to navigate when you have a large wheelchair. Dr Ramenini was very thorough and gave my mother the alternatives for her wrist pain, the best of which is to manage her pain with Tylenol prior to PT or OT, any other option involves surgery and that is not a consideration., taking into account her age and health status.
