Very patient, informative, and shared present and future options to support my condition. Highly recommended.
The biggest complaint I have is the wait time once placed in the treatment room. I was in the treatment room at the time of my appointment and the Dr. comes in to see me 40 minutes later! In past appointments, it has been over an hour before the Dr. showed up! I think a 15-20 minute wait isn't unreasonable. But, over 30 minutes wait is poor time management!!
My last physician I saw for 41 years Med Star I was so happy with Dr. HARPER. I had a fall in 2/ 23 and had to go to Md. Insurance. 2 years later all of a sudden they refussed to take my insurance. Dr. PARUL JANI came very highly recommended Iam so happy with her she stepped right in and listened to my health issues and there are a few. Dr. JANI listened to me and responded and acted with my needs. She is treating me like a person instead of getting me in and out quickly.
