Do not take anyone here under any circumstance. My partner came here and got crowns for their teeth for a few thousand dollars. The staff gave them a very shallow plan to follow for upkeep and told them "dont eat hard food like apples". Well not but 6 months later the teeth came out despite no "hard food" being eaten and proper care being taken. Then they came and got them re-sealed and 2-3 weeks later they fell off again. I went to this guy because he was covered by Medicaid and local. Unfortunately, I didn't check his reviews first. This guy earned his awful ratings. He applied fillings to teeth that didn't need them. I have more tooth pain now than before I went to him. When I mentioned this to him, he said it was from not flossing. I floss 2-3 times daily. Don't go to this dentist.
My husband has a severe medical condition so he wasn't always able to make his appointments. He did not no show we rescheduled them. The last time I called them they said he had an appointment March 9th at 9am. Today on the day of the appointment they said that they can no longer see him and that he didn't have an appointment when they clearly scheduled him one for today. Had 5 teeth pulled yesterday by Bassiri. If anyone knows me it's that I have very bad white coat anxiety and have panic attacks at almost any dr appt. Bassiri and his help Morgan were amazing. They listened to all my questions ahead of time and answered every single one I had. Bassiri numbed me up while Morgan held my hand and then once I was numb Bassiri pulled the 5 teeth. Several months ago, I went in to have a filling or 2 done after getting a checkup there for my first visit at this practice. I have documented dental anxiety due to resistance to anesthesia (novacaine and numbing agents included) and said something during both visits before allowing them to start work either time.
