Helena Murphy On November 15th of this year my son went to Dr. Shenouda's office with a painfully infected and swollen tooth. After being given two, I later learned from another dentist-inadequate prescriptions for pain and infection; he was made to sit for hours because he did not have money or a credit card to pay the doctor for the two prescriptions she wrote. There is no other dentist for me anywhere Dr. Shenouda and I met 15 years ago when I had no dental insurance and immediatly set up a plan where I could pay my bill without worry. Although he did not tell me so, I know that he did not charge me the full amount for what I had done. He is the kind of man who is interested in your life and your family and is always compassionate and understanding about my concerns or fears.
