Arrived at 2:50 for a 3 pm appointment, no one waiting, could hear a one sided conversation with laughing like talking to a good friend. At 3:28, three people walked in. dr Karmran came out at 3:30, no patient left as she was on the phone chatting the whole time. We were ignored completely as she knew the three that just walked in. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Kamran. I accompanied a family member to their appointment with Dr. Kamran and was beyond angered by the lack of professionalism and I feel compelled to share my concerns. It is disheartening to see a once-reliable healthcare professional fall so drastically in terms of patient care and overall service. Dr. Kamran is the best doctor I have ever had ! She is kind, intelligent and incredibly helpful. Her doctor assistant is also lovely ! It is very easy for me to book an appointment quickly. The office staff are amazing, efficient and welcoming ! I have been going here for 5+ years and have never looked back !
I have had to go in both the offices of Dr. Kamran (the old location next to Pharmasave at Alton Village and the new one at Walkers Line). The office is managed in a very unprofessional manner. The office staff is incompetent and clueless.
