Dr. Said has been caring for my 89-year-old father and 83-year-old mother for several years now, and we couldn’t be more grateful. He is extremely thorough and very informative, always taking the time to sit down and explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. If something isn’t clear, he patiently goes over it again until we feel comfortable. He takes every precaution with their care, and it shows in the way he handles each appointment. Dr. Sarmad Said put in a pacemaker with one of the leads unattached. I was in a tremendous amount of pain, it hurt to breath. During my follow-up appointment with Dr. Said he did not take the time to check the pacemaker at all. He got very defensive and told me my pain could be from any number of things, kidneys, gall bladder etc. When I reiterated that the pain began after the pacemaker was put in he just dismissed me and said it wasn’t the pacemaker and to get a second opinion.
