Office staff completely ignores all phone calls, office is not actually open the hours they have posted, the doctor made me beg for my medication and still refused to call in prescriptions, and overall this office and doctor are not helpful. Do not spend money or time with this doctor!

Office staff is rude and doctor is as well. My partner had to call basically begging for his medication he needs with the doctor and staff giving one excuse after another. On top of that, when asking for help, he was condescending and the office clerk hung up when he first called. When the doctor called him again, the doctor said find a new doctor and hung up on him. To be honest , Dr. Mudumbe helped me and my son alot just unfortunately our insurance was no longer accepted . I was nearly devestated when that happened because I have been unable to find another doctor with his expertise since. Hopefully , they'll one day reconsider accepting our Insurance in the near future . Either that or I'd have to figure a way to pay out of pocket .
