I went here for a consultation and after she took pictures and confirmed I had severe adema in my retnea . The swelling was so bad I couldn't see out my eye. She did nothing to help me and said " I could live like this the rest of my life" If you care about your vision dont get here because this woman does not . I now can see out my eye and the swelling is down thanks to another retnea specialist.
My wife, Susan, has been treated by Dr Notaro for over 4 years. Tho her wait times may vary, and patients get edgy, it's due to her care for the one in front of her presently. She treats, and spends the time each one needs. She argues with insurances for the patient's benefit, and she is good at her job. Her staff reflects those traits as well.
I took my 81 year old mother who has dementia and is in a wheelchair to Dr Notoro for a first time appointment today. She obviously overbooks and we waited 55 minutes to be seen. This must be the norm because other patients were saying there’s always a long wait. The doctor never introduced herself, was rude, abrupt, and has no bedside manner. Love this lady, she knows her stuff! Very professional, don’t expect a hug, but very caring!
I was in need of a retina specialist and looked over a few reviews and was apprehensive but took them with a grain of salt. I am glad I did as Dr Notoro was highly knowledgeable, I would and have recommend her to many. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable while I was nervous which was very appreciated. She possesses a calm and caring demeanor. Her staff is friendly and professional and efficient. Nothing negative to express. Don't hesitate to book an appt! Susan Wells~
