My wife, Susan, has been treated by Dr Notaro for over 4 years. Tho her wait times may vary, and patients get edgy, it's due to her care for the one in front of her presently. She treats, and spends the time each one needs. She argues with insurances for the patient's benefit, and she is good at her job. Her staff reflects those traits as well.
I took my 81 year old mother who has dementia and is in a wheelchair to Dr Notoro for a first time appointment today. She obviously overbooks and we waited 55 minutes to be seen. This must be the norm because other patients were saying there’s always a long wait. The doctor never introduced herself, was rude, abrupt, and has no bedside manner. I was in need of a retina specialist and looked over a few reviews and was apprehensive but took them with a grain of salt. I am glad I did as Dr Notoro was highly knowledgeable, I would and have recommend her to many. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable while I was nervous which was very appreciated.
