She is caring and kind.
Bedside manner during my appointment with this provider was nonexistent. I had a painful procedure done that was pretty stressful and scary. I had a delay in my visit for my appointment after the procedure. I was not made aware of this and when mentioned to my provider when she finally arrived, I got huffs and puffs and an attitude, even towards my mother who I had brought for support.
