Really great facility, clean, friendly kind staff and doctors that call you by your name, I’ve definitely felt healthier since I’ve been here, done the treatments and exercises, and changed my diet slightly.
Be prepared for a LOT. VERY expensive. The full program includes chiropractic 3x/week in phase 1, very limited food choices, all organic everything, no dairy except goat milk, 5-1-1 =5 days intermittent fasting/1 complete fast for 24 hours/1 day to eat normal hours but still restricted diet, exercises with only video explanations, monthly blood work, foam pillow things to use (triangles, round, etc.) with only video explanations, contraptions to push your head back more over your shoulders, monthly chiro x-rays, only has mon... read more
Always very kind and professional. I can tell that I am improving, and each visit makes a big difference. Dr Ernst is very knowledgeable and can make sure the plan includes the thing that the individual would like to work on along with this whole entire plan.
