I am SO happy to have found Dr. Belderes. After my life-long dentist retired, I had such anxiety about who I could trust for my dental care since I've had significant problems with my teeth all my life. I felt I was very well taken care of at Dr Sarah’s dental office yesterday . From the very friendly front receptionists, through the very thorough professional cleaning by Jon the dental hygienist,to to my dental examination by Dr.Sarah. I felt very well cared for.
We loved our experience with Dr. Sarah and her whole team! They were all professional and friendly and made our experience top-notch! It’s no surprise she has all five star reviews!
This review is not dental related, but a testament to how kind Dr. Belderes and her staff is. I live near the office and one morning very early my dog Jessie who is old and suffering from dementia escaped. I received a text from her and call from one of her staff that they had her. When I raced to pick her up one of her staff was walking her and my girl was reunited with me. Our family planned to try this dental practice, but the office certainly didn't roll out the welcome mat! Instead, the message we got was that new patients are an annoyance. We sent in an appointment request via the website. One week later, no response. We later sent an email, made two phone calls and were placed on hold for over 5 minutes.
