I do not recommend this OB-GYN. During my pregnancy and postpartum visits, she was rude, dismissive, and made inappropriate comments at a time when I was already vulnerable. She consistently rushed through appointments, did not listen to my concerns, and made mistakes as a result of not taking the time to fully understand my situation. Her lack of empathy and poor communication left me feeling unheard and unsupported. I have been at the end of my rope navigating the current state of healthcare providers. Ranging from the run of the mill insurance issues all the way to offices sending my paperwork to the wrong person(s) to doctors brazenly not listening to me and then asking questions I had just answered. I brought my 16 year old daughter to IGO and dr Wilkinson was the only one with availability. I read the reviews and saw why :( Well we had a great experience, she was friendly attentive and asked the right questions. She listened to our concerns and didn’t generalize or make any assumptions. I’m glad we got an opportunity to have an appointment with dr Wilkinson and she had availability. I recommend her :)
Dr. Wilkinson listens to my needs and gives her honest opinion on what treatment is best for me. I really appreciate her!
Please avoid Dr. Wilkinson and IGO if at all possible. She was my wife's primary OB during pregnancy and delivery and it changed our life completely for the worse. To this day my wife gets constant nightmares about Wilkinson's aggressive approach to her and pushy bedside manner. The labor and delivery went horribly, and now my wife is still dealing with the constant pain caused by it and we will need many years to heal her physical and mental trauma after having been treated by Dr. Wilkinson.
