Today's dental treatment was exceptional. I required injections for today's treatment and Sarah was able to provide a technique. How to cope with the pain? No other dentist has suggested this technique. I thank you Sarah for helping me during this treatment. As I require ongoing treatment, Sarah explains what treatment is going to be needed, the length of the treatment, and how to cope. Sarah is very professional, a patient person and operates in a calming manner. Thank you Sarah.
skilled and knowledgeable m but her customer service and communication skills are under average . I have put up with her subtely bullying and arrogant communication for the last many years, but the last interaction was shocking to say the least , i had to leave . Sarah needs to do a lot of work in being authentic with her care , needs to have better communication and customer service. very disappointing with her attitude at my last appointment , given that I have been with her for years
