Poor system to even try to get an initial appointment

LAB CORP well known for excellence as IN Patient and OUT Patient blood chemistry since TUBERCULOSIS was first discovered as SOCIALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE AS CONTACT WITH SALIVA and the need for CORE treated laboratory employees out side hospital was needed.. Dr. Sara Digby is Great. Her office staff not so much. I talked with Sandra (Office Staff) this morning just trying to make an appointment and she was Very Rude and Argumentative. I only wish I had a way to Direct Message the Doctor so she would know how her staff is treating her patients. Had another appointment today July 11, 2023. Same thing Dr. Digby is wonderful but her office and nursing staff are Snide, Rude and Snarky especially if you ask a question.
I have a surgery scheduled three weeks out and Dr Digby refuses to squeeze me in for a ten minute pre-op checkup. I am an established patient and so I asked to speak to her and she refused. I am flabbergasted. She doesn’t have a schedule that allows for emergency visits or pre-ops that come up and refuses to work with the patient.
