I am very grateful that Dr. Waterman is my PCP. She has taken care of me for many years, diagnosing and treating a wide range of health problems. She is an excellent diagnostician, orders labs and tests appropriately. Makes appropriate referrals. Consistently follows up with me regarding test results and care plans. Is compassionate and supportive. Explains things clearly. I am a retired MD.

Dr. Waterman is excellent, caring, proactive and relational. I dread the day she retires.
Though Dr. Waterman is not my regular PCP she provided great advice and it might help to have a small guide on line for basic throat issues : simple colds, flu virus, covid. We had the newer Covid, Flu A & B test kit and that cleared those issues.
