Based on a recommendation from a friend, I made an appointment for Dr. Sommers to have my grandma's hearing evaluated and get new hearing aids. My grandma is a tough cookie to handle and Dr. Sommers was kind, reassuring, and spoke to her like an actual human being. Unlike some other doctors we've dealt with who belittle her due to her age or difficulty hearing.
