I had the most heartbreaking experience with Dr. Risner. I normally don't ever take the time to write a review, but I felt it could save a lot of people time and money. I've been seeing her for about 10 years for a skin condition that was mistreated and misdiagnosed by her for 9 years. Every time I went in she told me the same thing and never once recommended a biopsy. Knowledgeable and personable doctor. Highly recommended! I note that another review mentions a long wait time. To me, this means that a doctor is taking needed time with another patient. In my opinion, this is a favorable attribute. Would you really want a doc who ignores a problem in order to adhere to a rigid schedule? Bring a book.
Great doctor but as of recent schedules way more patients than they can process without long waits (e.g. 45 min.+) Needs to keep waits averaged at no longer than 15 min.
