I have been a patient of Dr Low’s for years and I appreciate the quality and thorough care I have always received. They are very clear about standard and optional exam items up front and insurance covered vs out-of-pocket. I appreciate having local providers such as Dr. Low and her Team in our small town community.
Will not return. Doctor is competent and facilities are good. But I've never been billed for an eye exam before, ostensibly to certify that there is no sign of damage from chronic illness. Dr.Low somehow made that an extra charge which is not only dubious practice but not worth it when literally every doctor I've been to in the past has done it for "free" within the annual exam entitlement. Not good.
