Wonderful, sweet and brilliant Doctor.
Dr. Berenstein is very nice and takes time to talk to you during an appointment. The issues I have and why I have changed practitioners is her billing practices. When I was sitting in an exam room and she had my result on the computer screen in front of her, she would not give me the result. She made me make another appointment and collected another copay and billed my insurance another visit just to give me the result. Dr. Bernstein was great when she was my doctor and delivered my daughter 16 years ago and I am now taking my daughter to see her. Dr. Bernstein had all the time in the world for me, listened to everything I had to say and was very empathetic to what I was going through during my pregnancy. I recommend her to everyone I know.
Rude about a medical condition I have. Pushed very hard on my stomach during my pelvic exam that I was sore for two days. I am in my 30s and have never had such rude treatment at a gynecology appointment
Dr Bernstein is such a wonderful person and amazing doctor. Very patient. Never feel rushed. She is thorough. I always recommend her to my family and friends.
Very pretentious. Her husband runs the business side of it. Their daughters used to be at the office all the time hanging around and the older one was very obnoxious. Charges a fortune for botox. She should just stick to the ob/gyn part of her business.
I went to her with my second pregnancy because my first was a c-section and she was very patient and helpful and made it happen for me , I had a vback :)! So thankful for her .
It is hard to believe that I have been going to Dr. Bernstein for almost 15 years now! I am so glad that I found her and have been able to stay with her over the years. She is one of the kindest and most thorough physicians that I have ever met. I highly recommend her to all of my family and friends!
Dr. Bernstein is wonderful! She is such a delightful person and an excellent physician. She is very thorough and does not ever make me feel rushed. It is wonderful having a doctor that really cares and listens to me. Sometimes there can be a little wait, but it is worth it! I recommend her to all my friends and family.
