Dr. Gosselin is professionual and compassionate. The practice has been great in my experience
Dr. Gosselin is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She listens, does not rush me and most importantly takes into consideration my whole health, not just gastro issues, as it all releates. As a woman with gastro issues, she is super sensitive to that. She is compassionate and goes above and beyond for her patients.
0 Stars!!! Staff is very rude!! Lady, I talked to just hung up on me, because I said” I can’t wait any longer and I guess I have to get my referral changed to a different doctor”! It takes forever to get an appointment! I need help now! I waited four weeks after my initial attempt to get an appointment, but still get the same answer that I have to wait until referrals department will actually call me back.
Always booked two months out or later that won’t work, if my body is operating at the rate of a 70+ year old man, my health is naturally not strong enough to wait out that long for appointments and said that/similar and nothing done about that typical (can’t typical be for me). Hope I can find someone with way more experience and doesn’t push pills because I know pills do not work for me. Plus taking on too many patients at once when I came in one day was a red flag to me.
