FIND ANOTHER DENTIST. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE OR DR GO. I didn’t want to write this post because Dr. Go is a very nice dentist and the people that work in her office are very nice. However, Dr Go, did my crown in May 2022 and she did it incorrectly. After about six months I noticed that every time I would floss around that one crown, the floss had a gross smell. Okay, so, I was at my old dentist forever, right? But I just needed a change. And finding Orchard Dental, Seriously, it's been awesome. I actually like going now! The staff- Super sweet. Like, everyone. And Dr. Go- She's amazing. You can tell she knows her stuff, plus I hear she's a really cool boss, super supportive of her team. That's a big deal to me. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Sara Go and her team at Orchard City Dental. From my first consultation to the completion of my Invisalign treatment, their friendliness and professionalism were outstanding. They made me feel comfortable and well-prepared at every step, thoroughly explaining the process and answering all my questions. The service was consistently excellent, and I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring great results. Highly recommend!
I understand that not many people like going to the dentist. I used to love it until I had two bad experiences with two separate dentists. I finally found Dr. Go on a recommendation from a friend and it changed my whole view of the profession. First, her office is warm and inviting. Dr. Go was my dentist 8 years ago. I've had two dentists since I left California. Both of them have made specific mention about how great her work was. I've never had that happen before for any dentist I have ever seen.
