I have been using Dr Sapp for two years and he has always done a great job; however, I am disappointing in his new policy of accepting only cash or checks for the exam fee. I utilize a flexible spending account for my eye exams and with this policy, I cannot use it. I will not be using Dr Sapp or Sears in the future.
I was able to make a next day appointment. Everyone in the office was very nice and they didn't pressure me to purchase anything. Dr. Sapp was extremely helpful and professional. I enjoyed my doctor's visit very much!
