In the case of my family member, Dr. Puri appropriately reviewed labs, ordered the right scans and made the appropriate referrals. He however did not listen, he cut me off mid sentence and was dismissive. It was a busy ED. His bedside manner needs an upgrade. If the diagnosis were more complex and required more probing, this is not the provider I would want treating me. May God be with those he encounters.
