Dr. Gupta is an excellent doctor. He is very thorough. He takes the proper amount of time needed to address your cares and concerns. He also offers on site testing’s and procedures such as ultrasounds, echocardiograms, nerve conduction studies, and many more. He also provides Botox treatment as well.
Nurses was nice as can be, never seen the Dr. Didnt call in my prescriptiona knowing i was in medicab and no way to go anywhere
I've never actually met Dr. Gupta but his staff are amazing. He has hands down some of the best NPs and PAs around and I feel actually listened to.
Friendly, seems concerned, but never discusses or shares results from tests. Real lack of paperwork from his staff. Doesn't always follow through with planned procedures. Office doesn't authorize a lot of my prescription refill requests without me having to call and request personally.
Dr. Gupta's office works extremely slow. They often forget to send prescriptions and you have to wait one to two hours for a simple check up. In my experience, the doctor's goal is to get you in for more follow up appointments (for more money) and does not actually care about your well being.
