Dr. Tivakaran seemed attentive at my first visit, my husband was with me and he was informative and helpful. I had an MRI and they never called so I called and was told that he had closed me out as a patient since I didn’t get an MRI and I said yes I did on the date. Oh wow sorry okay let us check on that oops the computer messed up we have a new system…..I return 2 more times and there was always a problem. Each time I tried to ask a question he shushed as he was having difficulty with the new computer system, he then dicta... read more

The Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Tivakaran is knowledgeable and he talks on your level. His exams are thorough and he takes time, listens, and answers your questions. A great Neurologist aka Seizure Doctor.
Dr. Tivakaran was very professional and on time. The doctor explained what he was doing & the reason I was being examined. All my questions were answered and I was very comfortable in asking any question.
Dr.Tivakaran was very thorough and collected a lot of information in determining what is happening with my headaches and vision. My first visit and I am happy to get started in getting help for this current misery I am going through.

Dr. Tivakaran and his staff were awesome. Although a nerve test is quite painful they made it as pleasant as possible. I was always kept informed of what was going on. Dr. Tivakaran answered every question I asked and was very gentle. He is what all doctors should strive for, a healer.
