I called on 06/03/2025 to place an appointment with the doctor because my primary doctor wanted me to have a colonoscopy done , the woman I spoke to was in bad mood , she didn’t give a chance to talk and wanted to end my call saying you need to come for consultation first ( with bad attitude so I told her that’s why I’m calling , can I have an appointment she was acting the rude way trying to get my first and last name , I asked to talk to her supervisor so she said you need to call back. Falta de comunicación con el personal en asistencia . El personal actúa como que no le importa el paciente y cobran sin verificar la cantidad correcta en el seguro .
I strongly recommend Dr Nayyar to everyone. He was very polite and extremely thorough. The office staff is super nice. They are very fast and they explain everything thoroughly. Thank you for the great service.
