I find Dr Verna to be very irresponsible! He did not honor my colonoscopy appointment because he had cancellations and he did not want to wait for me. The prep is not an easy thing to do. I got a few phone calls just 2 hours before my appointment to let me know I had to reschedule. I missed two days of work to prep for this and he canceled on me just because it didn’t fit his Sunday schedule? It is not professional and I have no desire to do business with this clinic at all. I have been seeing Dr Verma for years. He brought me back from some serious health crises in the early years. Dr Verma has been an excellent doctor the entire time. I am sad to hear that he wants to retire sometime in the next few years. However, he provided the names of colleagues that he recommends. Thank you Dr Verma for being such a great doctor all these years.
He helped me understand procedure, very knowledgeable kind and listened. Definitely recommed.
