I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years. After Dr. Bui passed—who was always friendly, empathetic, and truly phenomenal—I had the unfortunate experience of seeing Dr. Saxena. Despite hearing from others who had already left the practice due to his lack of bedside manner and condescending attitude, I decided to give him a chance. Made a call after hours regarding some lab results. Just asking if I should be concerned. Called back in record time. Hence the 1 rating. I can only guess so I could receive a very rude response from him asking why I checked the results. Duh. Meritus is always reminding us that results are in and we can check. This unprofessional informed me that he had 4 years of study to read results. Must be a slow learner cuz you can pull up a mychart and read it from there.
