Dr.Khubchandani and his staff were so amazing and pleasant. Since my son has been under his care we’ve noticed a difference in his health.

We switched to this dr for a 2nd opinion. We had no problem getting a first appointment and procedure scheduled. However, I was unable to get office staff on the phone since before scheduling the first appointment. I had to do that on their website. I needed to reschedule a follow up appointment, and no matter when I called the office, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!! I continuously am told that the mailbox is full on every extension. Kind doctor who is very patient and knowledgeable. Had no issue listening to all questions.
This doctor tries to be kind to your face when he first meet you. His bedside manner seem friendly in the surgery center. However when it came to following up when there was an emergency after surgery he pushed us aside like we were nobody. I asked him event if he thought at all that this could be bacterial to start my child on a medication as she continues to throw up and can't keep food down he did not care he told me to watch her diet and that's it.
