While I have no issues with Dr. Sanjay himself, my review reflects the significant lack of professionalism exhibited by the front office staff. In January 2025, I scheduled additional testing and was never informed that the Physician Assistant (PA) was out-of-network, which meant I would be responsible for the full cost. Had I known this, I would have waited to see Dr. Sanjay. Dr. Swami goes above and beyond in his care. He truly listens to his patients and will find an individualized treatment plan that works. His kindness and compassion are reflective in all areas of his expertise and staff is incredibly kind. I trust Dr. Swami to provide the best possible care at every visit.
Dr. Swami has been my doctor for 18 yrs and I see him not only as my doctor, but I consider him my friend. He has saved my life at least twice where I had severe asthma attacks and he was calm and collected and knew what to do each time. I trust my life with him. I trust my son’s lives with him. During peak allergy season, I was unable to get a much needed allergy injection because the office staff had not remade my allergy serum on time. When I complained, the office manager was incredibly rude and I was unable to speak with the doctor. This is a practice that clearly puts the concerns of its office staff over and above the concerns of its patients.
