Dr. Swami goes above and beyond in his care. He truly listens to his patients and will find an individualized treatment plan that works. His kindness and compassion are reflective in all areas of his expertise and staff is incredibly kind. I trust Dr. Swami to provide the best possible care at every visit.
Dr. Swami has been my doctor for 18 yrs and I see him not only as my doctor, but I consider him my friend. He has saved my life at least twice where I had severe asthma attacks and he was calm and collected and knew what to do each time. I trust my life with him. I trust my son’s lives with him. During peak allergy season, I was unable to get a much needed allergy injection because the office staff had not remade my allergy serum on time. When I complained, the office manager was incredibly rude and I was unable to speak with the doctor. This is a practice that clearly puts the concerns of its office staff over and above the concerns of its patients.
Our first appointment was Oct 3 2023 with hopes we were seen by Dr Sanjay. The PA was nice and informative however did not understand the seriousness of my son's allergies. She claims you can schedule an appointment when the allergies and asthma acts up but they are NEVER available at the time services are needed. Since October 3, I've tried to have my seen three times and no one is available. I was forced to take him to his PCP where he was prescribed medication for asthma only. I would give zero stars if possible. I called to make an appointment. The staff member was wanting to get all my information before answering any questions I had about the docs practice. I don't like someone avoiding my questions. It's very rude and inconsiderate.
