Very good experience. The doctor was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and satisfied with the treatment.
Everyone was right. Front desk staff were ok so not much issue there but the Vision and Hearing Exam were terrible. I went for my military exam through QTC. The hearing exam was incorrect because with the headphones on I could still hear babies crying in the background and the room itself was noisy. Then the small machine wasn't working correctly and died halfway through the exam. So the nurse had to go out and get another set of headphones to finish the exam. Very unprofessional and disorganized office. We were called and told the report was ready after a week of waiting, but when we arrived, we were made to wait over two hours just to collect it. During that time, staff seemed confused and unhelpful. When calling the office beforehand, no one had any idea what was going on or could give clear information. Extremely frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this place.
If I could give this place 0 starts I would. The Hispanic front desk girl is NASTY! I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience with any other place like this. I just spoke to her and she gave me crazy attitude and hung up the phone claiming she “couldn’t hear me” I asked to speak to a manager or Doctor and she claims “the Doctor knows about you” excuse me?? What is that supposed to mean? Super rude. Clearly this is not the job/field she should be in. She doesn’t meet the correct qualifications and she is bringing the wrong... read more
I’m extremely disappointed with the way your front desk staff handled my urgent call today regarding my CDL DOT medical. I called six times, and every time I was put on hold without any real assistance — despite clearly explaining that my issue was urgent and time-sensitive. This is not acceptable, especially for something as important as a CDL medical, where one mistake or delay can affect a person’s livelihood.
