Waited three hours for the doctor to come out and speak to me about my husband's procedure. When I finally got up to ask if everything was okay I was told I must not been there when the doctor called me. I never left my seat! Not one person apologized to me. They only repeated that I must not have been there when they called me. Apparently I'm not the first time he has forgot to speak with family members and blame them.
