I’m pretty sure I’m going to die if I stay here. I only met with the actual doctor one time so I was extremely surprised (but expected) that he would sign off on my medical records based on the very rude Nurse Practitioner. Heart issues are serious and should not be ignored. I was referred to Dr Chamakura by my FD after describing some symptoms I had with fatigue and shortness of breath. Everyone there was so nice and very good at putting you at ease. I had a Nuclear stress test and Echocardiogram. The doctors Nurse practitioner went over the results with me. She was able to explain in layman's terms, what they had found and the treatment plan they recommended. Which turned out to be a change in BP medicine and retest at a later time.
