They do not call you back. We've been patients there for 17 years, and if I leave a msg in the morning, on a business day, I'd expect a return call by the end of the day. THEY DON'T. Eventually, they will call you on their schedule, but that does not work for most folks.
The office staff are nice and helpful. They are upfront about any charges. Dr. Sandy is sweet too.
Dr McDougal is great with kids! I've never had to wait past my appt time. Love the office staff and Dr McDougal! I highly recommend this office!
