Unfortunately, I didn't have a very good experience visiting Dr. Weakland's office. I was sent there from my primary care physician because of a foot drop. I waited for 20 minutes to see her then ended up seeing her for about 5 minutes. She told me I need to perform some stretches on my foot and gave me some orthotics. On my way out I was told that I had to pay $65 for these orthotics which was a surprise to me. Dr Weakland is the best. I’m so thankful for her compassionate care of my mom and myself! I love her nurse, Nicole, and the front office staff, including Julie and Patty! 🥰
The service itself was OK, but the organization of payments is really bad, it is completely out of date. No way to pay online, so the only option is to send checks; after that they were not even able to calculate the correct amount correctly the first time so they continued to bill me for a few dollars (so I had to mail the check again).
Long wait at waiting room 4 patients came after us and called their names to see the doctor while we are waiting and staff are not helpful .
