She is the best. In these times when people don't care too much about people any more (or so it seems) Dr. Ratterman is very caring and kind. She takes her time and truly cares about your needs. We need more of her. She goes above and beyond. She has been my Doctor for over 8 years and yes it's true it sometimes is hard to get an appointment but I work my scheduled appointments around hers. She is a very nice woman, but I have been at this practice for 2 years and have only seen her 2 times. She is supposed to be my primary care physician. I have a parathyroid adenoma and inflammation in my throat. She told me it was just anxiety and acid reflux. She gave me a RX for xanax and prilosec. No other testing or bloodwork until I began having serious symtoms and finally left the worst practice ever for a very good internist. He took me seriously and ran appropriate tests to diagnose me. She has been my PCP for over 5 yrs and I absolutely love her. It's hard to get an appointment with her, but when you do, its well worth it. She's thorough, kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
She is very personable, always takes time to discuss the patients concerns. A great doctor in a huge practice.
Dr. Ratterman is just wonderful. She is so easy to talk with and NEVER rushes you. Highly recommend her. She knows her stuff!
This is one outstanding doctor. Our entire family appreciates her expertise as well as her ability to ask the right questions in order to get to the root of issues. Even our teen daughters respond well to her and feel very comfortable with her. She is quite an asset to this practice.
Dr. Ratterman is AWESOME! She is the only Doctor that has helped me with an issue I've had for years and years! She follows up, she's very very caring, she is just an incredible person! I wish that everyone could have her as a doctor, but then I would have to wait even longer to get an appointment with her! She's great!
