Actually I found her to be rude,very unconcerned,nor personal .I felt that she did not care about my experience, or health issues.she was hard to talk to ,as if she looked down on me .I have chf.and I can't tell you how hard it's been for me.she didn't understand ,my situation at home or the fact I had no support aystem.
