They are knowledgable. Friendly. Thoughtful. I wish pricing could be a little less.
Staff is worst especially Nurse Morgan is rude and caused us hell of headaches with the procedure, I was at one point repenting why we choose this facility. Dr Bello us no where to be reached or discussed, numerous visits were only with the staff. They always overcharged though insurance claims had my responsibility as low, even after 6 months they withheld my overcharged amount with them. Regret coming in here.

HFI Kingwood has been so great with us and our journey. The staff and Dr. Bello were always helpful and informative. I love how they were always quick in responding to my questions and concerns.
Morgan is very personable, always available to answer my questions! Dr. Bello Is sweet and compassionate, always reassuring.
Dr Bello was great! We especially enjoyed the great service with the staff at the Katy office. Jocelyn and Vanessa were very supportive throughout the process.
So happy you guys were available to take care of me even though this pregnancy wasn't planned. Everyone has been wonderful and I am so thankful!! I truly believe if you guys had not been able to get me in so quickly I would not still be pregnant.
Our experience here has been awesome! The procedures I have gotten done here is the best decision that could have been made. For the most part everyone in the office is beyond helpful and knowledgable. There has only been maybe twice where I felt I really did not have the answer to something. Otherwise this is an outstanding facility!
