Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this psychiatrist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this psychiatrist's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. My appointment didn’t go well at all, mostly because it was so rushed. It felt like they wanted me to leave as soon as I got there. I appreciated that they took the time to really listen to my input and concerns. It made me feel respected and important. They are one of the most polite, respectful people I've ever met. Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? Yes, I felt very uneasy Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Was this psychiatrist friendly? I didn't feel welcome Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this psychiatrist's office? They were average Did you feel safe in this psychiatrist's care?
