I’ve been seeing Lemack for over a decade now from a child to now an adult. A few years ago he preformed a Mitrofanoff that changed my life for the better. His office is fast, his nurses are sweet.
Dr Iyer is an excellent physician. However, I went for an appt and it took an hour and 45 minutes although only 20 minutes of that was I actually seen by anybody. I spent 85 minutes waiting at various stages last of which was 40 minutes in the exam room waiting for the good doctor to show up. Horrible experience. I was referred to Dr. Lemack by my PCP to rule out any bladder issues. Dr. Lemack was probably the kindest doctor I've seen in the whole DFW area. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He also offered great advice. If I ever need to return to a urologist, I know I will go to him and I'm happy to refer anyone else to him.
Dr. Iyer has been very thorough in the examination- she has been most patient in treating a difficult eye infection even calling a colleague, asking her to work me in if possible- to get another opinion. I am most impressed with Dr. Iyer - her knowledge, determination, kindness is called "going the extra mile" for a patient. Very pleased with Dr. Iyer.
Dr Lemack listened and was very concerned about my health! He performed several tests and he really did care! On of the phone conversations I had with MR. Lemack I remember he called me friend and he was against bladder surgery I will Miss you very much I am crying ya and the staff are the best!!!
26 yrs ago I was sent to Dr Nguyen after 2 yrs of undergoing test to figure out what was wrong with me. Dr Nguyen seen me ONE time and asked a lot of questions and did a few test and told me what was wrong with me. I have never wanted a long time in waiting room, Dr Nguyen and his staff have always been kind and courteous and seemed to have gone that extra mile to help you in whatever manner you needed, They seemed to understand and have great empathy for you. Dr. Nguyen takes the time to listen to what you are saying about how you are feeling. He takes time to make sure you understand what you need to know, makes sure you get the care you need. He has been my Dr. for 16yrs. From day 1 of my diagnosis (MS). I have received the very best care, while being his patient. He is the best!
On 1/13/1998 I had a Right Tempel Lobectomy, which was for uncontrollable epilepsy. It didn't cost me a dime,thanks to Dr. Van Ness. After the surgery I remained seizer free and medication free for 20 years. My seizers have came back. Most likely due to scar tissue built-up. The Team of Surgeon donated one a year for free. Dr Van Ness submitted my case and I was chosen. I owe 20 happy years to him. I even got my driver's license back and went to Truck Driving School and got my CDL.
