Really good doctor, but possibly the worst communication I have ever encountered. I have spent days - almost two weeks - just trying to get a human on the phone or a return call from various voicemails for the simplest issue with insurance.
Dr. Vaid is great but the wait time is not acceptable!!! I would give him 5 stars but not with the long waits to get in. I have waited 50 minutes from my appointment time until I was taken to an exam room plus I was there 30 min early. They double book planning on patients canceling or not showing up for their appointment. The Carrollton office is the same way. They don't value the patients time.
Absolutely great doctor. Very knowledgeable with a compassionate approach to my issues. Has been able to consistently adjust and tweak my treatment while keeping in mind my wishes. Dr. Vaid is truly a gem amongst doctors. The office can be a bit backed up at times and lead to long visits and that would be my only gripe.
